About me
Dr. Terrilyn Gray Dogbe advocates for educational diversity and equity and is a public speaker, a global educator, and Texas Instructional Leadership (TIL) Administrator Coach. In her 22nd year of service to the Texas and United Arab Emirates educational communities, Dr. Gray Dogbe has worked as an English/Language Arts/Reading teacher and a campus and district administrator. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Prairie View A&M University in 2001, a Master of Arts degree in Educational Administration in 2008, and a Doctor of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction in 2015 from Texas Wesleyan University.
Dr. Gray Dogbe has worked at the Education Service Center Region 11 since 2019, first as an Instructional Content Coach and currently as an Administrator Coach in the Leadership and Support Team.
In her spare time, Dr. Gray Dogbe enjoys participating in impromptu sing-alongs and dance-offs with family and friends, reading and listening to multiple genres of literature and music, volunteering to serve her community, both locally and globally, and spending quality time with her precocious daughter, Amari.
